Mustapha Abdullahi

I am a doctoral researcher with the Aalto Data Intensive Systems group at the Department of Computer Science, Aalto University. I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. Bo Zhao. I am supported by the Finland Fellowship. My research interests span scalable reinforcement learning (RL) systems and efficient training of large language models (LLMs).
Previously, I completed my MSc in AI at the Queen Mary University of London, sponsored by Google DeepMind and QuantumBlack (McKinsey) & Office of AI. I received my B.Eng. in Computer Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University. I was a Software Engineering Intern at QuantumBlack AI Labs (McKinsey & Company).
